Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aquatics facility management or supervision.
• Current Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED certifications are mandatory.
• Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage staff, enforce safety rules, and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining facility cleanliness and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with patrons and staff.
