About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily aquatic centre operations, including pool maintenance, safety checks, and facility cleanliness.
• Supervise and schedule lifeguards, swim instructors, and front desk staff, ensuring adequate coverage and performance.
• Develop, promote, and manage aquatic programs, such as swimming lessons, aqua fitness classes, and competitive swim teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including water quality testing and chemical management.
• Handle patron inquiries, feedback, and any incident reports with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment for the aquatic centre.

Requirements
