The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in aquatic program management, and current lifeguard/CPR First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing aquatic programs with leadership responsibilities.
• Current Lifeguarding, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of swimming instruction techniques and water safety protocols.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Aquatics Programs to lead and manage all aquatic activities and facilities in Richards Bay . This senior role involves overseeing swimming lessons, competitive swim teams, water safety initiatives, and recreational aquatic events. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, program quality, and member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
