Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a client in South Africa to find an Account Manager and B2B Growth Consultant. You will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, partnering with founders, executives, and sales leaders to drive predictable revenue growth using an outbound engine combining software, AI, and operational expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workshops with clients to define target audiences, positioning, messaging, and growth objectives.
• Develop tailored B2B acquisition strategies aligned with each client’s business model.
• Coordinate campaign implementation with internal teams responsible for technical execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular client review calls and ensure progress is delivered.
• Proactively manage client relationships and pursue account expansion opportunities.
• Develop client relationships into case studies and long-term partnerships.
• Contribute to portfolio growth through retention, upselling and measurable outcomes.
