Job summary

National Logistics / Supply Chain Company in Durban is seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, liaise with cross-functional teams, and grow revenue in line with the business strategy.

The role requires 4+ years in sales or customer engagement within the courier/logistics sector, strong MS Office and CRM skills, a valid driver's license and own transport, and a tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years’ proven sales experience or customer engagement in Courier/Logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM Software.
• Valid drivers and own reliable transport.
• Proven sales record and passion for customers.
