Job summary

Talent Fox SA is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Gauteng team in the courier and logistics sector. The role focuses on managing multiple client accounts, developing strong relationships, and delivering superior service to drive revenue and growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of KAM or similar experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years' experience as a Key Account Manager or similar client relationship role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Experience in courier, logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills required.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric approach.
• Proven problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, resilient and adaptable with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Key Account Manager

An established and respected organisation within the courier and logistics industry is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join its Gauteng team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Key Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or in a similar client relationship management role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Previous experience within the courier, logistics or supply chain industry would be advantageous
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills
• Strong commercial awareness and customer‑centric approach
• Proven problem‑solving ability with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced environment
• Highly organised, resilient and adaptable

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience) + Fuel + Cell + Commission
