Job summary

RecruiTech is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key client accounts in the courier, express, logistics and freight sector. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and act as the primary contact to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Experience in account management within courier, express, logistics or freight
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

Requirements

• Previous Account Management or Account Executive experience within the Courier, Express, Logistics or Freight industry
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
