Job summary

You will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, grow the existing base, and help hit monthly and annual targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years sales or customer engagement experience, a Grade 12, and a tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales experience or customer engagement in courier/logistics.
• Grade 12 / Matric plus a relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport required.

Responsibilities

• Account management and new business development.
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify new potential customers, prospect, needs analysis, proposal and close.
• Maintain and grow existing customer base.
