This hunter role requires a proven track record in B2B solution sales, building client relationships, and closing complex deals. You will engage decision-makers across Security, IT, Facilities, and HR to tailor proposals and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B solution sales.
• Proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling access control, security technology, workforce management, or enterprise software solutions.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate business requirements into solution opportunities.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Engage decision-makers across Security, Facilities, HR, IT, and Operations.
• Position access control, biometric, visitor management, and workforce management solutions.
• Conduct customer needs analyses and develop tailored solution proposals.
• Present business cases, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, implementation, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
