Job summary

Rad Resources is seeking a field-based sales professional in Bloemfontein to drive access control solutions across distributors and commercial sites. The role involves visiting customers, delivering product presentations, and meeting branch targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

You will provide training, handle orders and queries, and contribute to business development through lead research and market feedback.

Qualifications

Matric with basic knowledge of electronic or mechanical equipment.
At least 1–2 years' experience in a technical sales environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, providing support and guidance.
Visit distributors and installers regularly to meet service levels.
Identify commercial sites to present access control solutions to stakeholders.
Meet monthly branch sales targets.
Provide feedback / call reports to Branch Manager.
Plan and deliver training courses and product presentations.
Address product issues from customer visits and feed back to relevant parties.
Research leads for new customers and make successful contact.
Ensure product knowledge is up to date; assist with orders and queries.
Coordinate distributor and area sales strategies for business development.
