Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ proven outbound B2B and B2C sales experience within the security industry.
• Proven track record of new business development, prospecting and closing sales.
• Experience working against sales targets and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Valid SA driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, site visits and industry networking.
• Identify and qualify new commercial, residential and industrial sales opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and site audits.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline across physical guarding, armed response and electronic security.
• Identify client security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present customised security solutions based on client requirements and close contracts.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations and tenders in line with pricing models and margins.
• Negotiate with clients and manage the sales process from engagement through onboarding.
