Job summary

Altron Digital Business in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Pre-Sales Solution Architect to design and position cutting-edge multi-cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and Huawei Cloud.

You will engage with customers, lead workshops, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful migrations, cost optimization, and secure architectures. Hybrid work arrangement requires in-office attendance twice weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Cloud Solution Architecture and Pre-Sales.
• Strong expertise across Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience designing cloud migration, modernization, and multi-cloud strategies.
• Excellent customer engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (required).
• Huawei Cloud certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design and architect multi-cloud solutions aligned to best practices and business outcomes.
• Lead solution workshops, presentations, and technical demonstrations.
• Develop proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution documentation, and pricing models.
• Advise customers on cloud migration, optimization, security, and cost management.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Drive proof-of-concepts and solution validation activities.
