Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Sales Executive (Multi-City / Field-Based) to lead the commercial strategy for Venezuela. The role involves managing key distributors, guiding a sales force, and maximizing brand performance across multiple cities.

Ideal candidates bring CP G experience and strong relationship skills. The position requires bachelor’s degree, 1+ year in Sales/Marketing, proficiency with Google Suite and Excel, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
• Experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company with understanding of market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver's license.
• Owns a reliable vehicle for daily business travel across the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts to achieve metrics and market share growth.
• Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with customers as the primary contact for business development and negotiations.
• Oversee the performance of four distributors and their Sales/Marketing teams in line with priorities.
• Conduct frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities and ensure 5Ps execution at the point of sale.
• Drive distribution and coverage in Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels to boost brand presence.
