Formación

• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience handling phone-based patient interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-volume patient calls and communications
• Provide appointment reminders, rescheduling support, and follow-ups
• Coordinate scheduling through phone, email, and text
• Maintain provider calendars and avoid scheduling conflicts
• Verify patient demographics and document outcomes in the EMR
• Assist with insurance-related tasks and eligibility checks
• Support referrals and prior authorizations as needed
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information
• Provide proactive status updates and complete tasks with minimal follow-up
