Go Lean Health is seeking a Remote Bilingual Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to support a busy US-based skin clinic. You will handle frontline patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, and basic admin tasks so the in-clinic team can focus on care.

The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with at least 1 year of US healthcare front-desk experience, comfortable working remotely, and able to manage calls, appointments, and prior authorizations

Formación

• Must be fully fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a US-based medical clinic.
• Strong experience with medical receptionist or front desk tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally and document call details.
• Manage the clinic calendar and schedule patient appointments.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, and update records.
• Coordinate prior authorizations and gather required information for submission.
