Go Lean Health is seeking a bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to support a US-based skin clinic. This remote role focuses on frontline patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, and admin tasks to help the in-clinic team provide care.

You will handle Spanish-speaking patients, manage calls, coordinate appointments, verify insurance, and process prior authorizations from a remote home office, with immediate hiring.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English required.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting a US-based medical clinic.
• Experience with medical receptionist or front desk tasks.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization workflows.
• Able to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsabilidades

• Phone Management: answer calls promptly and professionally.
