Aufgaben

• Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls with patients, pharmacies, and payer offices.
• Manage scheduling via phone, email, and text; maintain calendars.
• Verify eligibility, benefits, copays; resolve issues with payer staff.
• Process referrals and prior authorizations; track approvals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and daily admin workflows.
