Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, coordinating with drivers, and providing timely updates. Fluent in Spanish and English is required; prior call center or dispatch experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in a call center or dispatching environment is an advantage.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of towing or roadside services preferred.
• Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and online tools.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
