Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales environments.
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and daily outreach targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced settings.
• Resilient, persistent, and target-driven.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong or similar tools.
• Previous startup or tech company experience.
• Solid understanding of ABM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Outreach via phone, email, and social media at high volume.
• Qualify leads through discovery to identify strong fits.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and record activities.
• Book and hand over qualified introductory meetings to Account Executives.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to engage prospects.
