Job summary

Virtustant is seeking an Appointment Setter to contact warm leads interested in bathroom remodeling, qualify needs, and book in-home appointments for the sales team. This is a non-sales role focused on qualification and scheduling rather than closing sales.

You will work full-time in a remote capacity, following Pacific Time business hours, and use GoHighLevel CRM to manage pipelines and documentation. Prior experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient English (C2) with clear communication and understanding American slang.
• Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead qualification.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads using provided scripts.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
• Qualify prospects and schedule in-home appointments for sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and appointments in CRM.
• Meet daily calling, follow-up, qualification and appointment-setting targets.
