Overview

Global Pacific Support is looking for skilled Agents for Towing and Roadside Assistance to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers in need of roadside support, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of services. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting roadside assistance and coordinate service delivery.
• Communicate clearly with customers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely response and resolution.
• Prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and maintain accurate case notes.
• Utilize computer and VoIP tools to navigate orders, schedule services, and track statuses.
• Escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting; background in towing and roadside assistance is an advantage
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Proficient in using computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Must have a functional PC or laptop with an updated operating system and a working headset
