Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. is hiring a Senior Business Development Associate to drive outbound outreach, qualify leads, and support client experience efforts. This role offers ownership of a growing pipeline and collaboration with leadership to close opportunities, all within a fully remote setup serving US/Canada clients.

You will balance 60% new business development with 40% CX support, and you'll operate during US Eastern Time hours from LATAM or Europe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in client success, account management, or CX.
• Fluent, near-native English, spoken and written.
• Ability to explain value and ROI and address objections.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound outreach campaigns to initiate conversations with US/Canada prospects.
• Qualify leads and lead discovery and sales meetings.
• Own and manage the CRM pipeline; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with leadership on larger opportunities and hand off to onboarding.
