Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive, Venezuela, seeks a Sales Executive (Multi-City / Field-Based) to lead commercial strategy, drive growth for assigned accounts, and supervise distributors across Valencia, Caracas, Maracaibo, and more. You will guide a field sales force and build strong customer relationships while traveling across the territory.

You will execute the 5Ps at POS and ensure perfect execution, leveraging leadership and data analytics skills to improve territory performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree completed.
1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
Experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts to achieve sales objectives and market share growth.
Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with customers; primary contact for business development and negotiations.
Oversee the performance of distributors and their Sales/Marketing teams to align with priorities.
Execute frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities and ensure 5Ps execution at POS.
Drive distribution and coverage objectives in Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels.
