Colgate-Palmolive Venezuela is seeking a Sales Executive to lead the commercial strategy and drive growth across assigned accounts. You will manage key distributors and guide a dedicated sales force, using your leadership and strategic skills to maximize sales and ensure flawless 5Ps execution across channels.

The role requires at least 1 year in Sales/Commercial roles within a mass consumption environment, proficiency with Google Suite and Excel, and a valid driver's license with daily travel

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
• Experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for daily business travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts to achieve financial metrics, sales objectives, and market share growth.
• Manage and strengthen strategic relationships between the company and its customers, serving as the primary point of contact for business development and negotiations.
• Directly oversee the performance of four distributors and their assigned Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate priorities and operational excellence.
• Execute frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and guarantee accurate 5Ps execution at the point of sale.
• Drive distribution and coverage objectives within the Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels to increase brand presence and consumer reach.
