Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Sales Executive to lead the commercial strategy for Venezuela and drive growth across assigned accounts. You will manage distributors and guide sales teams to maximize sales performance and ensure perfect 5Ps execution in the territory.

The role requires leadership, market insight, and field-based travel across the Caracas and other strategic hubs. Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in Sales/CPG are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Alternative 1+ year experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
• Experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company with market dynamics knowledge.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts to achieve sales objectives.
• Manage relationships with customers as primary contact for business development and negotiations.
• Oversee the performance of distributors and their Sales/Marketing teams to align with priorities.
• Conduct frequent trade visits to identify market opportunities and ensure 5Ps execution.
• Drive distribution and coverage across Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels.
