Colgate-Palmolive Company in Venezuela is seeking a Sales Executive (Multi-City / Field-Based) to lead the commercial strategy and drive growth across assigned accounts. The role covers multiple hubs and requires hands-on leadership of distributors and a field sales force to maximize sales and ensure flawless execution of the 5Ps.

You will manage key distributors, strengthen relationships with customers, and travel regularly to identify opportunities, monitor competition, and align activities

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• At least 1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop commercial strategy for accounts to hit sales and market share goals.
• Manage strategic relationships with customers; serve as primary contact for negotiations.
• Oversee four distributors and their Sales/Marketing teams for alignment and execution.
• Conduct trade visits to spot opportunities, monitor competitors, ensure 5Ps at POS.
• Drive distribution in Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels to grow reach.
