Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Sales Executive for Venezuela to lead the commercial strategy across multiple regions. You will drive growth, manage distributors, and guide field sales teams to maximize 5Ps execution and market share.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record in mass consumer goods. Based in Venezuela, travel across the territory will be required to support accounts and optimize performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed and eligible to work.
• At least 1+ year of experience in Sales, Commercial or Trade Marketing.
• Experience in a mass consumption (CPG) company and market dynamics.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the commercial strategy for assigned chains and accounts.
• Strengthen strategic relationships with customers as primary contact.
• Oversee four distributors and their sales/marketing teams.
• Execute trade visits to identify market opportunities and 5Ps execution.
• Drive distribution and coverage in Wholesale, Small, and Store RE channels.
