Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Coordinate meetings between clients and engineers.
• Track service requests and follow up with clients.
• Keep CRM and documentation up to date.
• Maintain external engineer availability database.
• Review technical visit reports and generate weekly summaries.
• Support administrative tasks and calendar coordination.
• Confirm delivery addresses with clients and suppliers.
• Create shipping labels and track shipments.
• Support logistics and inventory-related tasks.
