Valatam is hiring a Junior Operations Assistant to join our 100% remote team. This entry-level role focuses on structured workflows, data entry, and admin support to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-directed, and fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience with PM tools is a plus, and a degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication.
• 1–2 years in operations or administrative support.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Follow documented processes and SOPs to complete daily operational tasks accurately and on time
• Perform data entry and maintain organized, up-to-date records
• Upload, label, and organize files in Google Drive following established folder structures
• Handle routine email communication with clients and vendors using pre-defined templates and guidelines
• Assist with internal reporting by compiling and formatting data as directed
• Other related tasks as needed
