Valatam is hiring a Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a 100% remote, entry-level, full-time role open to candidates across Latin America. You’ll be the primary contact for routine inquiries across channels, handling account updates, basic troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve questions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance.

Responsibilities

• Handle multichannel customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with basic account updates and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Track communications and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
