Freelance Latin America is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment in Maracaibo. You will collaborate with account managers to define role requirements, source top talent, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role includes on-site work for the first three months at Valle Frio, followed by a hybrid model with two days in the office and three days remote. Competitive pay in USD and access to equipment are provided.

Formación

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries or roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interviews.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage expectations and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using diverse channels.
• Highly organized with time management and deadline discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with ATS or recruitment software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to open positions.
• Partner with account managers to define role requirements and offer details.
• Promote employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates via resumes and interviews.
• Manage job postings and advertising campaigns across platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring teams.
• Conduct candidate interviews and preparation sessions.
• Facilitate background checks and reference verifications.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and account managers.
• Attend college career fairs and networking events.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline.
• Administer referral programs and track referrals.
