Go Lean Health, a US-based skin clinic, seeks a bilingual Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to support frontline patient communication, scheduling, and insurance verification from a remote setting. This role helps the in-clinic team focus on direct patient care.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English with at least 1 year supporting a US healthcare practice, and comfortable working remotely in a dedicated clinic support role.

Formación

• Must be fully fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting a US-based medical clinic.
• Strong experience with medical receptionist or front desk tasks.
• Comfortable handling patient calls in a busy healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization workflows.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must be comfortable working remotely in a dedicated clinic support role.

Responsabilidades

• Phone Management: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage the clinic calendar and schedule patient appointments.
• Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Prior Authorizations: Coordinate prior requests for treatments or medications.
