Green Brick Group is seeking an Email Designer to craft visually compelling, brand-aligned email layouts that resonate with clients' audiences and reflect each brand identity.

You'll collaborate with Strategists, Developers, and Marketing Automation Specialists to translate concepts into user-centric, mobile-first designs that render flawlessly across devices, while upholding accessibility and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience designing for email and digital marketing.
• Experience with accessible and responsive email layouts.
• Experience collaborating with email strategists, developers and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design email layouts reflecting each client's brand standards.
• Maintain typography, color, spacing, and imagery consistency.
• Create audience-targeted designs to support campaigns.
• Collaborate with Strategists to translate messaging into visuals.
• Partner with Email Developers to ensure pixel-perfect rendering.
• Maintain design systems and reusable email components.
• Prioritize UX, readability, hierarchy, and accessibility.
• Optimize for mobile-first and multi-device rendering.
• Contribute to A/B testing with visual variations.
• Ensure brand consistency across emails.
