AgencyHires in the United States is seeking a Part-Time Email Designer to join a growing US-based email marketing agency specializing in retention marketing for DTC supplement and wellness brands.

This role requires hands-on experience crafting email campaigns and automated flows that look great, function well, and drive conversions across multiple brands, with the ability to adapt to different identities while delivering mobile-friendly designs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience specifically in email design.
• General graphic design experience alone is not sufficient.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous email design work, including campaigns and automated flows.
• Strong understanding of email design principles, layouts, visual hierarchy, typography, and mobile-friendly design.
• Proficiency in Figma or other relevant email design tools.
• Experience designing for ecommerce and DTC brands.
• Ability to interpret email copy and translate it into visually appealing designs that encourage customers to take action.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain different brand identities across multiple accounts.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage your workload independently.
• Previous experience working with Klaviyo is highly preferred.
• Experience designing emails for supplement or wellness brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality email campaigns and automated flows for multiple DTC ecommerce brands.
• Create visually engaging, conversion-focused email designs that align with each brand's identity and target audience.
• Work with copywriters to turn email copy into polished, ready-to-build designs.
• Design emails with mobile responsiveness, readability, and user experience in mind.
• Adapt your design style across different brands while maintaining consistency within each brand.
• Take feedback from the team, make corrections promptly, and deliver improved designs without repeated follow-ups.
• Manage multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure designs are completed on schedule.
