Higglo, a remote-first studio, is expanding its marketing team to drive growth through email campaigns and automation. You will build targeted email programs, optimize workflows, and collaborate with design for compelling templates.

The role emphasizes writing effective copy, testing subject lines, and analyzing metrics to improve open, click, and conversion rates while maintaining regulatory compliance across CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable.

• Plan, write, and execute email campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, promotional and lifecycle sends) that support lead generation and intake conversion goals
• Build and maintain automated email workflows and drip sequences using a marketing automation or ESP platform
• Segment and manage subscriber lists to ensure relevant, well-targeted messaging
• Write and edit email copy and subject lines, and coordinate with designers on templates and layout
• A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and calls to action, and report on open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics
• Monitor deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR as applicable)
