Green Brick Group is seeking an Email Strategist in Raleigh or remote to transform strategy, copy, and design into high-performing email templates. You will work with Email Designers, Copy Writers, and Account Managers to deliver campaigns with precision and UX focus.

The ideal candidate is fluent in HTML and CSS for email, understands cross-platform rendering, and maintains code quality and reusable templates across clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional email template coding.
• Experience with major ESPs and rendering/testing tools.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Litmus, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in web development, digital design, CS, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Code responsive, reusable email templates with HTML and CSS.
• Translate client designs into functional email campaigns.
• Preserve UX across email templates.
• Troubleshoot rendering across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo.
• Optimize templates for load time and accessibility.
• Test functionality across platforms with QA tools.
• Collaborate with Designers and Account Managers.
• Ensure deliverability and performance.
