Job summary

Entertainment Benefits Group seeks an Email Developer to design, code, deploy, and analyze email campaigns across multiple ESPs. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams, ensure mobile-first coding, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in email production, expert HTML/CSS, and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Zeta Global. Remote role with NYC/Miami events; many benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on coding and email production experience
• Advanced HTML, CSS, and liquid scripting coding
• Advanced knowledge in dynamic personalization and audience segmentation
• ETL data files and data exchanges (JSON, APIs) in Marketing Automation platforms
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA) and strong PM skills
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Develop complex and customized HTML/CSS code for email templates
• Code from scratch and troubleshoot existing email code
• Provide guidance on automation and personalization with advanced coding
• Create custom templates using HTML, CSS, and liquid scripting
• Develop customer journeys using logic and segmentation
• Code with a mobile-first mindset and best practices
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding and testing
• Manage end-to-end email production for eCommerce campaigns
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for assets, reviews, and approvals
• Create/modify segments using data in ESPs and collaborate with analytics
• Mentor others on coding standards and perform code reviews
