Job summary

EBG is seeking an experienced Email Developer to code, create, and analyze high‑volume email campaigns across platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Zeta Global. You will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams and ensure best practices for mobile-first email design.

Responsibilities include building complex templates, enabling automated journeys, and mentoring teammates on coding standards. This role is remote within the US and requires proximity to NYC or Miami for quarterly events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on coding and email production experience in large-scale marketing automation environments.
• Advanced HTML/CSS coding and liquid scripting (or AMPScripting) experience.
• Strong dynamic personalization and audience segmentation knowledge.
• Experience with ETL data files and data exchanges (JSON, APIs) within ESPs.
• Proficient with Jira and project management; able to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex HTML/CSS email templates from scratch and troubleshoot existing code.
• Create personalized, automated email experiences using segmentation and data connections.
• Code with a mobile-first mindset and follow industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams across offices to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead end-to-end email production including coding, deployment, and analysis.
