Seasonal Operations Associate is a role that creates an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position and you will work with the task team to perform functions prior to store opening. As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, but you may be offered an employment extension or regular position based on your work ethic and availability. Apply today!

• Customer Service – You navigate the store at a fast pace, engage with customers, and provide assistance as the primary point of contact.
• Executes pricing and signing – You can adjust ticket prices and signage on merchandise across the store efficiently.
• Replenish and restock the store – You understand customer needs and pull and prepare merchandise to the floor to ensure the right styles and sizes are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise – You collaborate with coworkers to unload shipments and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards – You keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Online order pickup (jcp.com) – You may be responsible for finding and fulfilling orders placed online.
• Merchandise strategy – You implement leadership plans for merchandise placement and execute them with efficiency while maintaining merchandising standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment – You absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.

For paid holidays, associates eligible for paid vacation are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year.
