Rate is a leading mortgage lender seeking an Associate Loan Officer to support VP Mortgage Lending with loan origination and client interaction. Responsibilities include taking applications, data entry in Encompass, and maintaining client relationships through the loan process.

Responsibilities

• Support preapproval process and prepare letters per policy.
• Maintain client communications from application to closing.
• Monitor pipeline and coordinate with support staff to ensure timely closings.
