Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Loan Officer role is based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process, including assessing financial profiles, explaining loan options, and recommending suitable products. Daily responsibilities include originating loans, collecting and reviewing documentation, collaborating with underwriting and processing teams, and ensuring loans meet regulatory and company guidelines. The role involves providing responsive customer service, maintaining clear communication throughout the application and closing process, and building long-term relationships with clients and referral partners. The Loan Officer will also stay informed about market trends, lending regulations, and internal policies to offer accurate, up-to-date guidance.
