We’re looking for an experienced Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing mortgage team and play a key role in guiding loans from application to closing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and takes pride in keeping transactions organized, efficient, and moving forward smoothly.

The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident communicating with borrowers, real estate agents, title companies, and internal team members throughout the loan process.

What You’ll Do

• Assist borrowers with completing loan applications and gathering required documentation.
• Maintain communication with clients, real estate agents, title companies, and internal team members throughout the loan process.
• Track loan milestones and follow up on outstanding or missing documentation.
• Coordinate with Loan Officer to prepare, review, and manage loan files.
• Input and update borrower information within CRM and loan origination systems (LOS).
• Help ensure loan files remain accurate, compliant, and organized for processing and underwriting.
• Support a smooth and positive client experience from application through closing.
• Assist with reviewing income, assets, and documentation as needed.
• Help manage pipeline flow and prioritize deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
