Job summary

Acacia Network is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the Operations Department, supervise senior staff, and support the Program Director in maintaining service quality and regulatory compliance. The role includes crisis intervention, client service continuity, and coordination of maintenance, security, and reporting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• F-80 Certification.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to the Senior Shift Supervisors and assist the Program Director with oversight of the Operations Department.
• Ensure high quality service delivery and schedule regular supervision and training for staff.
• Lead crisis intervention and ensure client access to services and essential needs.
• Maintain compliance with Part 491 Regulations, the Callaghan Decree, and funding requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of program technology systems and generate required reports.
• Conduct and document supervision of direct reports and issue corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee investigations, incidents, and building maintenance activities.
• Coordinate vendor visits, building inspections, and safety procedures.
