Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as a driver.
• No convictions for crimes precluding work with vulnerable populations.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities and/or mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of IRA programs and integrate clinical services with operations.
• Supervise non-clinical staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, licensing, and funding guidelines.
• Conduct monthly reviews of systems within residential programs for compliance and accuracy.
• Develop, implement, and manage Staff Action Plans aligned with clinical, behavioral, and safety needs.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure appropriate interventions for complex cases.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team and provide training for high-quality care.
• Foster continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate staff training and professional development in clinical areas.
• Engage families, care managers, and external providers to align on quality service.
• Work with the IDT to promote a Person First culture in all programs.
• Involve individuals in decisions about life goals when possible.
• Conduct monthly or more frequent supervision and provide constructive feedback.
• Perform annual performance appraisals of direct reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
