Job summary

You will oversee reporting, inspections, staff development, and adherence to regulations, including Fire Safety, and coordinate with affiliates.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/Equivalent required.
• F-80 Certificate required.
• Food Handlers Certificate preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Senior Shift Supervisors and oversee Operations.
• Assist Program Director with department oversight and contracted services.
• Maintain records, build schedules, and incident reports within regulatory standards.
• Conduct audits of Fire Safety records and equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of investigations and staff performance plans.
