Morgan Stanley in the United States is seeking a Registered Client Relationship Analyst to deliver exceptional service and support Financial Advisors daily. You will build trusted client relationships and help clients with routine needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing money movements, account inquiries, onboarding, and educating clients on digital tools, while maintaining meticulous records and collaborating with teams to meet client service goals.

Competenze

• College degree preferred
• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred Knowledge/Skills
• Knowledge of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
• Detail orientated with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Adaptable and ability to multitask
• Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven

Mansioni

• Support FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships
• Execute money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA/team
• Answer general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation in a clerical capacity
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools
• Onboard and maintain client accounts and collect required documentation
• Provide clients with details around account information
• Accept or enter unsolicited or solicited orders in a clerical capacity
• Assist FAs/PWAs/teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model
• Support marketing strategy (e.g., website maintenance)
• Assist with research related to investment portfolio holdings and prepare client meeting materials
• Assist with data entry for key client needs
• Stay current on policies, procedures and platforms
• Participate in firm initiatives and other duties directed by local management
