Weatherlock Roof Systems is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our growth-focused Northeast Florida team. This is a highly customer-facing remote role requiring excellent phone communication and comfort with technology.

You’ll coordinate technicians and schedules, track open work, provide updates, and ensure every commitment is followed through from start to finish using AI, CRM platforms, and cloud-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• You’ll communicate with customers every day, coordinate technicians and schedules, track open work, provide updates, solve problems, and make sure commitments are followed through from beginning to end.
• You’ll help manage customer communication, service requests, technician scheduling, project coordination, permitting, materials and deliveries, documentation, invoicing, and project closeout.
