Clarity-Vision in Clayton, NC is seeking a dedicated Optometric Technician to join our patient-focused eye care team. You will work closely with optometrists and staff to support pre-testing, patient education, and a smooth exam flow.

Formación

• Experience in optometry or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is an asset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and prepare patients for eye exams.
• Perform pre-testing procedures (autorefraction, tonometry, retinal imaging, etc.).
• Record patient medical history and maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Assist optometrists during examinations as needed.
• Educate patients on contact lens care and handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms and equipment.
• Support administrative or optical functions as required.
