Job summary
A leading technology firm in Bolingbrook is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Analyst to work closely with retail or ecommerce customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience, strong understanding of Agile practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. This role offers a dynamic work environment with an emphasis on process optimization and stakeholder engagement.

- Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a business analyst or product analyst.
- Ability to write and groom user stories.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis and documentation.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support.

Duration: 1 Year
Minimum 7-8 years of experience working with retail or ecommerce customers (must have knowledge about My account and Checkout) as a business analyst or product analyst
- Knowledge of Agile practices and strong story writing is must
- Experience in writing, prioritizing and grooming User stories is must
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Experience working with JIRA, confluence is must or similar.
- Experience of writing story in Gherkin format is must
- Experience on Analytics will be an additional advantage.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
- Excellent end to end understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Incremental Application Development.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and pain points.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis, documenting functional and non-functional specifications.
- Help train end-users and provide ongoing support during and after project deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on business process optimization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
