Position: Business Analyst/ Product Analyst

Location: Bolingbrook, IL ***Day 1 Onsite***

Duration: 1 Year

Job Description

Minimum 7-8 years of experience working with retail or ecommerce customers (must have knowledge about My account and Checkout) as a business analyst or product analyst

  • Knowledge of Agile practices and strong story writing is must
  • Experience in writing, prioritizing and grooming User stories is must
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience working with JIRA, confluence is must or similar.
  • Experience of writing story in Gherkin format is must
  • Experience on Analytics will be an additional advantage.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
  • Excellent end to end understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Incremental Application Development.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and pain points.
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis, documenting functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Help train end-users and provide ongoing support during and after project deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on business process optimization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
